What it does

The paperwork side of running a crew

Payroll the way CRA does it

CPP, CPP2, EI and income tax worked out from CRA's published payroll formulas. Every pay run gives you pay stubs and the amount to remit, and T4 slips are ready at year end.

HST without the spreadsheet

Import your bank statements and sort each line into a category. Level Books builds your HST return from your own records, with every line CRA asks for.

Invoices that get paid

Send invoices with a pay link. Customers pay by card or e-transfer, and e-transfer notices come in ready to match to the invoice.

Finished means finished

Every job gets stamped when it's done

Paid invoices, reconciled accounts and filed remittances each get a stamp, so you can see at a glance what's done and what still needs you.

Who it's for

Built for crews, starting in Ontario

Framing, roofing, renovations, landscaping, electrical: if you pay a crew every two weeks and chase invoices in between, Level Books is built for you. It works just as well for any small business with a few people on payroll.

We're starting with a small group of Ontario businesses. Payroll covers Ontario today, and other provinces come after.
